Delete Data

How to remove CopOT data locally and from cloud sync.

Local Device Data

  1. In CopOT, delete slips from Saved Slips as needed.
  2. To remove all local data, uninstall the app from your iPhone.

Cloud-Synced Data

  1. Email dave_doxsee@yahoo.com with subject: CopOT Data Deletion.
  2. Include your Sign in with Apple relay email and approximate request date.
  3. We will delete your cloud profile/slips for your user ID and confirm completion.

Timing

Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
